Just press the 'Begin' button on the app and get yourself in shape. A very simple animated character will appear on the screen and perform simple exercise steps for you. Just follow what the animated character is doing and you'll be in shape soon.
Don't worry, you don't need to sweat it in the first attempt. In the initial few runs, all you'd be doing is understanding the steps to perform. So spare yourself some time to get over the learning curve. Once you have performed the exercises a couple of times, it will get easier. Sparing less than 7 minutes every day will make you a pro and you will be able to exercise without even looking at the screen.
We have incorporated simple sound effects to boost up your experience. A soothing sound track will keep on playing in the background to sooth you up and get you in ease - hope it doesn't put you on sleep :). There are six steps for this abs workout. Each step lasts for one minute. Once a minute is over, a change sound (ting!) will play to notify you. If you want to perform this workout without looking at the screen, you can change the exercise every time the ting sound goes off.

You can pause the timer to either take a break between the exercises or perform the same step for longer than one minute.
